The most widely used and most versatile machine in the Chicago Rivet product line has been updated to reduce operating cost and enhance reliability.

It now features:

Needle bearing flywheel which reduces maintenance costs
New hopper design with one-way bearing drive and one piece lower track unit for added durability
Electronically controlled trip-cycle

For basic riveting applications, Chicago Rivet has an extensive line of motor and pneumatic units that include floor model and bench mounted equipment.

Our product line includes single head as well as multi head riveters, with the ability to automatically set rivets with diameters as small as .030 all the way to .375. These machines provide a cost effective alternative to setting rivets manually.
