Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. operates in the industrial fastener market by producing and selling the industry’s most complete line of rivets, cold formed parts, impact riveting machinery, tools, spare parts for riveting equipment, and automated assembly systems. Chicago Rivet’s subsidiary, H&L Tool company in Madison Heights, Michigan, is also an industry leader in both precision turned and cold forming technologies.
Chicago Rivet manufactures fasteners and cold-headed parts, which include self-piercing, split, tapered, collar, shoulder, complex, fluted, knurled, square shank, semi, and full tubular rivets. We can produce parts from aluminum, brass, carbon steel, copper, nickel silver, 302, 410, and 430 stainless materials. Our dimensional capabilities range from a .562 max. diameter and 5” max. length on solid parts, and a .500 max. diameter and 3-1/4” max length on tubular cold headed parts.
We also make standard and custom impact riveting equipment, with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic options and specialty accessories all available and tailored to your application.
