Mr. Rizzo joined the company in May of 2023 Chief Executive Officer and was appointed as a Director of the Company on May 9, 2023. Greg holds a B.S.E in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor MI. Greg began his career at TRW Automotive in the Occupant Safety Systems business and spent 15 years in various positions in engineering, program management and sales during the initial launch and ramp up of the airbag business. Greg then spent 10 years at Magna International, initially as Business Unit Director for the Engineered Glass Division, then leading R&D for the group and later Director of Sales for Magna Powertrain. He then spent time at Ford Motor Company managing technology integration in the R&D group. Immediately prior to joining the Company Greg was Vice President and General Manger at MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, a privately held fastener company in Mundelein Illinois where he was responsible for the MacLean Maynard high temperature fastener business as well as starting up and leading the MacLean Additive 3-D printing business.

Mr. Brown joined the Company in November of 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously he held the position of Director, Accounting and Finance for MultiTech Industries, LLC since 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Brown held several positions in corporate finance, consulting, and manufacturing. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Jim Tanner joined Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. on May 1st of 2025 as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Jim’s focus with the company has been to solidify and document the go to market strategy, strengthen the legacy brand, and accelerate sales growth. He is a manufacturing veteran with over 33 years of experience in multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Jim started his career with Robert Bosch Corporation in 1994 and served 14 years in various roles. He spent 2 years in Stuttgart, Germany and is a fluent German speaker. In 2008 he left Bosch to become Vice President of Business Development for Maclean-Fogg Component Solutions, a privately held fastener company in Mundelein, IL. Jim spent 11 years with MacLean-Fogg in multiple executive roles. In 2019 Jim became President & CEO of KSR International in Ridgetown, Ontario. After a brief hiatus from industry, Jim was hired by Stratford Cambridge group in 2022 as Interim President of Speedgrip Chuck company in Elkhart, Indiana as part of a turnaround effort. He worked 7 months with Speedgrip and returned the company to positive net income. Prior to joining Chicago Rivet, Jim was Chief Operating officer of the M1 Concourse performance track and event center in Pontiac, Michigan

John Morrissey began working ‘inside’ for Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. in October of 2006. He is the grandson of the company’s 1920 founder, John A. Morrissey, as well as the son of the company’s former CEO, John A. Morrissey Jr. He earned his M.B.A. degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Prior to 2006, he also served as a manufacturers’ representative for Dunsmore-Murphy and Associates, representing seven different manufacturing principals, including Chicago Rivet. At Dunsmore-Murphy, he was responsible for growing a $1.5 million sales territory into more than $2 million in revenue within four years, generating new customer relationships for primary principal Chicago Rivet, from various industrial sectors. In the past 20 years working inside at Chicago Rivet, he has transitioned from Assistant Sales Manager to Sales Manager, into his current role as Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations for the company, which he has held since 2022. John’s current focus is helping attain new business acquisitions in both the fastener and equipment/tooling sectors and extending the company’s marketing footprint with our marketing partner ThomasNet. This includes social media outreach and other advertising and branding initiatives. Finally, he works with the company’s quality engineering team to ensure Chicago Rivet’s ongoing fulfillment in ISO and IATF quality certification compliancy.

Christina Reato is Corporate Secretary at Chicago Rivet & Machine Co., where she partners with executive leadership to drive corporate governance, operational discipline, and organizational alignment. She oversees Board and shareholder processes, supports SEC reporting and compliance, and leads key administrative and human resources functions. Christina is recognized for strengthening internal controls, improving audit readiness, and implementing scalable processes that enhance transparency and execution across the business. Prior to joining Chicago Rivet, she held leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, where she led operational improvements, compliance initiatives, and cost-saving strategies across complex, high-volume environments. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
