Model AM2 Assembly Machine to Attach Air Bag to Dashboard With 22 Rivets

M200 Barrel Strap Rivet Setting Machine​

General Specifications and Description​

Machine to assemble (2) .276 diameter solid steel rivets into a metal barrel hoop while stamping a marking on the rivet heads.​

Features

  1. Single drive, 35 Ton pneumatic/ hydraulic rivet setting machine.​​
  2. Machine size 59” wide x 94” deep x 108” high.​
  3. Electrical input – 115/60/1.​
  4. Pneumatic input – minimum of 70 psi.​
  5. Cycle time approx. 3 seconds not including load/unload time. With estimated load/unload time approx. 6 seconds (10 PPM).​
  6. Capable of two different width hoops.​
  7. Perimeter guarding with safety light curtain.​
