    Standard Rivets and Fasteners

    Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. offers the industry's most complete line of standard rivets and fasteners, proudly manufactured in the USA and backed by ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications. Our extensive catalog includes semi-tubular, full-tubular, self-piercing, split, tapped, and compression (cutlery) rivets, designed to provide reliable fastening solutions across a wide range of industries and applications. We manufacture our rivets using premium materials—including aluminum, brass, carbon steel, copper, nickel silver, and various grades of stainless steel—capable of handling dimensional requirements up to .562" in diameter and 5" in length for solid parts. With a variety of head shapes (such as oval, flat, countersunk, and truss) and an array of custom finishes available for enhanced corrosion resistance and cosmetic appeal, our standard rivets are engineered for exceptional strength, versatility, and smooth clinching performance.

    Anvils

    The ANVIL actually determines the shape and the quality of the clinch because it does the forming or upsetting of the rivet. So, it is one of the most important accessories to the rivet setting machine and is available in many different styles and lengths. It is a factory assembled unit consisting mainly of the anvil shell, nut, spring and pilot.
