Chicago Rivet has the capability to head both medium sized parts (1/2” x 5”) to very small parts like this one for the controls industry. This standard-shaped rivet is made of steel wire < 0.05” diameter, with a 0.028” extruded hole and an upset head. The part is nickel plated in-house to suit the application.
